    The HPAO Office serves the students interested in pre-health across the entire campus. Provides advising services to students pursuing medical and dental school admissions, and other professional tracks as demand requires. The advisor will serve on the Pre health Committee, and evaluate student credentials for professional school application. Significant technical writing is involved.
    Develops and presents workshops on the health professions and coordinate presentations for campus partners, and co-chair the annual professional school conference. With Assistant Dean, compiles data for annual report.

    This position serves as the liaison for the Shady Grove campus students and other transfer student partnerships.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of relevant professional experience with at least a year of it in direct service delivery to students.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Master’s Degree from Student Personnel, Higher Education, Counseling, Science or health-related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
