• In the notice, select if you will be paying by ACH/Check or *Credit Card to open a short renewal form (1-2 questions).
• Take the renewal form to receive an email with your invoice and payment instructions.
• Pay the invoice by your chosen method within 30 days.

*A 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee will be charged to members who choose to pay by credit card. Check and ACH payments are not subject to a processing fee.
