Join the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences faculty and staff for experiences in pharmacy, occupational therapy and athletic training. Visitors will tour the STEM (Science, Technology, Education and Math) complex as well as meet with the student affairs staff for an overview of the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) and Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) programs at Drake University. Experience a day in the life of our professional students through the use of adaptive equipment and completion of adaptive tasks in the occupational therapy lab, demonstrations in the pharmacogenomics lab, and zSpace technology and joint testing in the anatomy lab.

Discover the Adventure at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine:

Join Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine for a tour of our state-of-the-art Small and Large Animal Hospitals. Along the way you will have the opportunity to go behind-the- scenes and see how a veterinary hospital operates. Stops include the always-interesting Canine Rehabilitation Center and the new Clinical Skills Laboratory where attendees will have an opportunity, like our students, to develop and refine their clinical skills. A Holstein pregnancy simulator will allow you to assist with the life-size model’s always-difficult births. You can also see students practicing other basic clinical skills such as suturing, collecting (fake) blood, performing a spay or placing an intravenous catheter in a dog or horse.

YESS is a nationally-accredited nonprofit organization that meets the physical, mental, and social health needs of children and creates an environment where families can thrive. Tour the agency’s comprehensive emergency shelter and help YESS prepare for their annual Duck Derby fundraiser during the Tagging Party!
