AACPMAS	September 1^st for 2009 applications	April 1st is priority deadline. Pending available seats, final deadline of July 31st	Letters of Recommendation sent directly to college or given during personal interview. Most colleges using VE or Interfolio.	MCAT Scores (no older than 3 years) must be sent directly to AACPMAS. A few colleges accept DAT or GRE in lieu of MCAT- see chart on e-aacpmas.org for details.	Send Official Transcripts directly to colleges.
AADSAS	May 15, 2008; annual start date is on or around May 15^th each year.	Different according to each school	Up to four individual letters of evaluation or one Committee Report plus one individual letter of evaluation. Most AADSAS dental schools strongly prefer that letters are submitted to AADSAS; some schools will only accept letters through AADSAS.	Official DAT scores are downloaded by dental schools through a DAT website. Scores are made available for up to five dental schools with initial DAT registration fees; scores can be made available to additional schools through an additional designation process. AMCAS	May	Early Decision Program deadline is August 1. Regular M.D. program deadlines range Oct. 1 - Dec. 15.	Handled individually by medical schools.	MCAT Scores can be sent to AMCAS for distribution to participating schools, once the applicant releases the scores.	Send Official Transcripts directly to AMCAS.
CASPA	April	Range from Nov.-Jan. Individual deadlines per school.	Three letters of recommendation and CASPA form are processed by CASPA and disseminated to colleges.	All test scores (except GRE) should be sent directly to CASPA.	Send Official Transcripts directly to CASPA.
PHARMCAS	May	Range from Nov. 3, 2008- March 2, 2009	Send letters, if required, directly to each institution.	Send PCAT, TOEFL, & TSE scores to PharmCas, if required. (PCAT not required by all pharmacy schools)	Send official U.S. and Canadian transcripts to PharmCas. Policies for Int'l transcripts vary.
PTCAS	August 1, 2008 (1st cycle); July 2009 (2nd cycle)	Range from October 1, 2008-June 1, 2009	Send up to 4 references directly to PTCAS using paper or electronic (eLOR) process.	Send official GRE scores directly to designated PT programs, if required by institution. Self-report GRE scores on PTCAS application.	Send official transcripts directly to PTCAS by program's deadline.
SOPHAS	Re- opens August 28, 2008 for 2009 applications	Individual School Deadlines	Recommendation letters must be sent directly to SOPHAS by the reference not the applicant.	Test scores can be sent directly to SOPHAS.	Official transcripts should be sent to SOPHAS.
VMCAS	June 4, 2008	October 2, 2008 at 12:00 pm EDT	Letters and VMCAS form are electronically sent to and processed by VMCAS and disseminated to colleges.	Send scores directly to colleges. See college specific requirements.	Send Official transcripts directly to colleges.
TMDSAS	May 1, 2008	August 1^st–October 1st	Recommendation letter or evaluation form to TMDSAS.		Send most recent, official transcripts to TMDSAS.
