Dear NAAHP Members, Conference Exhibitors & Sponsors:

As you are aware, the health and well-being of our attendees to the 2020 National Conference in New Orleans has taken priority with the NAAHP leadership and National Office. All of us have spent countless hours discussing, negotiating, and carefully reviewing all of the moving parts related to our conference, hoping to arrive at a sound business decision that is best for all of you as well as ensuring the stability of your association.

The NAAHP Executive Committee has decided that we will shift our 2020 National Conference to an online format rather than an in-person conference in New Orleans. We will be sending you updated information about this as our Program Planning Committee (PPC) works hard to reconfigure the content. I hope you join me in showing our appreciation for the multi-year commitment from the PPC. We do not want to lose the momentum of their work.

Although our entire team here at NAAHP is disappointed, we do recognize an opportunity to develop ongoing programming throughout the year. We are planning to create programming that reflects the diversity of our membership, inclusive of all the health professions while making sure all of you have access to enhanced tools and resources you need for your students. Again, we will be sure to keep you in the loop as these opportunities are developed.

2020 National Conference Refund Policy: Please see the Refund Policy Statement: Refund_Policy.pdf .

Hotel Reservations:  If you have already made a hotel reservation, you may cancel your reservations by calling 1-800-Hilton or if you are a Hilton Honors Member, you may cancel through your Hilton App. There is no penalty for cancellation.

We look forward to new and exciting initiatives that can come out of a disappointing situation.
