    Job Description: Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President, the Director provides direction for and implementation of a comprehensive and innovative admissions and recruitment strategy in line with the overall enrollment strategy that is continuously assessed and consistent with the goals, mission, and resources of RFU. The Director will be an innovative, thoughtful, and results-oriented leader who will bring a data-informed perspective to a student-centered, integrated, and collaborative enrollment operation. The Director oversees admissions, recruitment, and reporting for the RFU health profession, graduate, and online programs.     Principal Responsibilities:
    Admissions• Lead admissions processes for health profession, graduate, and online programs.• Supervise, evaluate, and develop admissions and recruitment staff. • Oversee the creation and processing of applications for doctoral, graduate, online, and certificate programs, including those from centralized application services.• Manage continuous improvement of admissions databases and paperless application processes.• Warrant effectiveness, reliability, and validity of admissions processes and outcomes.• Adhere to and recommend policies, procedures, and services that are conducive for student selection, matriculation, and program viability. 
    Recruitment• Develop and execute a student-centered, customer service-oriented strategy for cultivating relationships with prospective students from lead generation through registration and matriculation.• Ensure that college, school, and program recruitment plans are appropriate to meet the enrollment goals of the individual programs and the university.• Collaborate with program directors to project and exceed enrollment goals.
    Administrative• Design, implement, and distribute university statistical reports and dashboards to segment applicant population, maximize yields, enable accurate enrollment projections, and guide programs in developing size and capacity strategies.• Analyze admissions trends, quarter-to-quarter enrollment, and current student needs to enable accurate semester, annual, and program enrollment projections.• Manage portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional projects.• Represent division at on-campus and external agency and stakeholder meetings, as necessary for effective collaboration to achieve enrollment goals.• Other duties as assigned.

    • Master’s degree in college student personnel, student affairs, or a related field. 
    • Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment management or equivalent. 
    • At least 3 – 5 years of direct office or program leadership experience in admissions and recruitment with demonstrated experience in enrollment planning, diversity, and professional staff supervision.
    • Senior-level experience with health professions program administration strongly preferred.•
    Excellent communication, presentation, and technology skills.
    • Ability to work with a diverse team and student body effectively.
    • Must be willing and able to travel within the United States.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products. 

    Job-Specific Requirements:
    • Experience integrating across programs and building organizational structure to deliver an outstanding, student-centered enrollment experience.
    • Ability to demonstrate hands-on expertise in the development, management, understanding, and maintenance of complex data models used for the analysis of admissions/recruitment data.
    • Comprehensive understanding of enrollment data analysis, report development, and report delivery mechanisms.
    • Appreciation for various program delivery formats, including high-quality hybrid and online offerings.• Ability to manage diverse tasks with frequent interruptions and meet deadlines with competing demands.
    • Ability to build and manage productive relationships with internal and external constituents.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and self-confidence.
    • Strong fluency with Ellucian Colleague, Slate, and centralized application services.
