Committee Description

The Professional Development and Leadership Committee is charged with providing programs and resources to energize NAAHP members, including a session at the national meeting and a workshop for regional and national leaders.

Recent Accomplishments

2017-18 Committee Focus

  • Facilitating the pre-conference Leadership Workshop at the 2018 National Meeting
  • Developing an Advisor Professional Development program proposal
  • Creating and collecting assessment and program review documents

2018-2019 Goals

  • Create professional development and program review resources to share via the NAAHP website
  • Develop a webinar series for advisors
