University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Pre-Health Expo

Hello Everyone

We are so excited to share that registration is open for the Spring 2025 University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Pre-Health Expo!

The Expo will be held at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga University Center on March 25^th (Tuesday) from 10a to 3p. We would like to welcome any medical, dental, PA, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Optometry, and Veterinary program to attend. Last year we had over 200 students and 30 programs from the region attend.

We are offering a great schedule of events with some changes this year based on feedback those changes are:

• Rather than offering break out sessions we will offer programs the opportunity to host one on one advising sessions with students. Based on student and program feedback this is a welcomed replacement to the breakout sessions. Programs can select virtual or in person advising. UTC will handle the logistics and provide you with a list of students prior to event day.

Registration will be $175 per program and includes the below:

• 1 6ft table and 2 chairs with 2 bottles of water per table
• Hot coffee and tea for you to enjoy as you arrive and set up (9a-10:30a)
• Sit down lunch with UTC faculty and staff
• Option of conducting advising sessions in a private space in the university center (subject to space limitations and must be registered for in advance) or virtually
• UTC Pre-Health gift

In addition to notating your needs for tabling and lunch preference, on our registration link you will be able to indicate if your program has an interest in hosting advising sessions. Programs that select an interest will be contacted individually with scheduling and location details.

Registration Instructions:

We switched to a new system this year to registration will look a little different for those that joined us in previous years.

1. Click on the registration link here and create an account, we encourage you to use the name of the person attending the event rather than an admin or department who is paying for registration if they are different
2. Change the date on the calendar to March 2025 and select the 25^th
3. You will see the Pre-Health Expo event on March 25^th , click on that event
4. Click on the Register button
