    Duties / Responsibilities

    The Senior Program Manager supports the Director assisting with both the recruitment of new students to the program and support of current students enrolled in the program. Through group and one-on-one advising meetings, this individual assists current students with their applications to professional schools including personal statement review, and develops programming that covers topics such as professional school application preparation and interview skills. Additionally, this individual will draft recommendation letters. This position requires a master's degree and is located on our medical campus in Boston!

    Required Skills

    Requires Master's degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
